ØKOLOGISK HVERDAGSULD in the colour 52 OCEAN is made from 100% organic fibers, spun and dyed according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® at my European manufacturer, who produces with consideration for environment, animal welfare, health, working conditions, sustainability, and quality.
52 OCEAN ØKOLOGISK HVERDAGSULD is a classic hue, reminiscent of the polar sea on a sunny day. The colour has a clear blue-green hue with a cold undertone. The blue hue in the colour OCEAN gets highlighted, combining it with other blue hues. The colour BLÅGRØN is similar to OCEAN, but with a green undertone.
KHAKI works well in combination with a lot of the other colours in ØKOLOGISK HVERDAGSULD.
OCEAN works well as ground colour in larger neddlework. If you want to knit an easy and simple blanket in ØKOLOGISK HVERDAGSULD, THE BEGINNER BLANKET is a good choice.
OCEAN ØKOLOGISK HVERDAGSULD is a classic two-threaded wool yarn. The fiber structure and construction, gives the yarn qualities like lightness and durability. These qualities makes it particularly suitable for sweaters, cardigans, interior, hobby, weaving, felting and colouring.
